Stopping treatment
You should tell your prescriber/key worker if you want to stop taking Opizone (naltrexone) whatever the reason.
Remember, when you stop taking Opizone, you will most likely be more
sensitive to opiates because you will have lost your tolerance to their effect. This means you could accidentally overdose just by using what was your normal amount of opiate before you detoxed.
